Wonderful Wednesday/// walked instead of xt....but

O.K. I promise I am going to get some xt in too! Linda and I did two FULLLlll hall sessions and even got a student to drag up in there with us. Outside is so wonderful today.... we branched out too. I have informed my classes today that I am not a morning person and that perhaps in an effort to get the most.... or even SOMETHING out of class.... that they too might consider moving around a lap or two prior to class to wake up and get their blood flowing..... It will allow them to put so much less effort into paying atention and getting a benifit from all of their classes!!@ They have now labeled be crazy! I also told them that it really did not matter if others look at them crazy if they have 97% and 100 % and the crazy lookers have 35% or 47%! Let's get moving..... Linda and I have committed to makeing ourselves some charts / reminder sheets/ checklists.... something to make us accountable and remind us of the particular SUPERFOODS that we need to really watch out for to assist us in our various weeknesses... i.e. Sight ... diabeties...
