Things have been hectic the last week or so. I have been having trouble getting to the "blogging". I do find it helps though. When I blog... I do tend to keep up with everything else better too. Next few weeks are not going to be any better. Spring Break is next week. That will be great and greatly needed! ... on the flip side... traveling planned... this is a point in my efforts where I am not as "set in my ways / new habits" as I would like to be when I head off to "travel". Then I will be back for a couple of days and then off again for a national conference for almost another week. I am on the end of this where I am trying to make new habits in a slow and more permanent manner. I have done the "healthy thing" often.... it has worked ... several times... I have stuck with it for years at a time and still....... slashed the other three tires, the spare, and all the tires in stock at Sams, Wal-Mart, and the Toyoto place even before I bought them.... Guess I just need to get some real good fix-a-flat to take with me!
