Friday...... Week not WEAK!

I made it! I did some walking everyday! I know... I did that instead of xt so I will probably get in trouble, but it was only 30 min and I PROMISE I will xt. I just have been having trouble making an entire week of training. I know I am a woooouuuuussssss! I really can not say that I have a GOOD excuse! But this week I trained! I am also not doing anything today..... well .... I may try to go somewhere marked and "CALIBRATE" my Nike+. I want it done before tomorrow's 9! For those interested... there is a post on the message board where some are putting names, phone numbers and email addresses. I have typed it up in excel and will be glad to share. If you want to add your info post it or email me at mseduc8n@bellsouth.net (That is supposed to be MS (like Mississippi) EDUCATIN' ) not mmmmmm' seduction as my cousin pointed out after I'd had the email for YEARS! ANyway... I also have on where I went through the blog addresses and tried to put everyone together. You can actually click on the excel sheet when it is on your desktop and pull up the blog page. I am trying to learn who everyone is. In excel I can sort it from any of the columns, so I can do it by first or last name, blog name or AKA I don't mind putting it in a word doc if someone wants it. TA TA 4 now seeee ya tomorrow! at 7:00 :)

Monday ....

I did my Monday walk! I am going on time still. I was out for about 55 min. I AM going to do this EVERYDAY as instructed this week!! Come on Lisa... You CAN make a real week of it...... A week of training prevents a WEAK runner!

Thanks for coming to Raymond!

I just want to tell everyone how great it was to see all the happy faces in Raymond on Saturday! MMers were most certainly visible! Everyone was positive and encouraging. I heard MANY, MANY, POSITIVE comments about our group! There were so many more positive comments than negative ones! I know that everyone who put the race on, the students who will partial beneficiaries of the funds raised, and the faculty/ coaches from Raymond truly do appreciate our support! Raymond really is a great place! I think that MM helped to make it even better on Saturday! Hope you will come back again! THANKS!

Raymond's Cannonball Run

Here is a "ROUGH" map that I pasted and attached some info on to hopefully get everyone to the right place Saturday morning. According to John Barber, Chamber Pres in Raymond, check-in and registration will be in front of the old Raymond Hardware in the shopping center in Raymond. The race will either begin there or as scheduled, it will begin just down the road at the Confederate Cemetary. There is a carwash there close, but it will be better to park either at the Raymond Baptist Church (just behind the shopping center) or perhaps some could park at the Raymond Elementary and double up to get a little closer at the RBC. Parking will be tight. Mr Barber says they are expecting over 200 for the race. That is a lot if everyone has individual cars (when added to the "FAIR" traffic as well. The race will end at the square, so you will be right there. See YA there! Lisa
