don't remind me. My training is suffering b/c of it. Have no access to a treadmill.......
I left the office to go get lunch in the early afternoon and thought I was going to pass out!!!! Is this global warming?
In the van driving up the interstate, my thermometer said 110, which I'm sure it's because the van had been out in the sun, but still. Yikes!
