Here is a great website. You have to join, but it is free. I do not get a lot of excess trash mail from it. There are all sorts of calculators etc for you use. Food and water trackers as well as exercise. You can form teams and pages similar to our MM blogs etc. I have been getting the emails and reading articles for a year or so now and love the recipes etc too. Just thought I'd share.
