Maybe it's the heat! Or maybe you just need a nice long run and tomorrow will do the trick!
I think it's the summer blahs and marathon fears getting into our heads. Just got to keep moving and beat 'em back. You've got all of us in there with you.
What we need is a good ole fashioned walk/run in the dark. That will surely perk up our spirits!

It is the HEAT!!!! You are right, you are very healthy. Sometimes we just get those blahs and have to just let them run their course. You'll be out of that slump before you know it.
I'm looking at your pics on your blog----girl you've lost a significant amount of weight since those were taken. Looking good!!!!!
